Terms & Conditions for Group Buy Promotion
Eligibility
1. This promotion applies to individual SISEAP members.
2. To qualify, a minimum of 10 paid registrations must be made in a single booking.
Offer Details
For every 10 paid registrations, 1 complimentary registration will be provided.
Booking Process
1. All 10 paid registrations must be submitted and paid to qualify, subject to verification by the Organising Committee.
2. The complimentary registration will be issued after verification by the Organising Committee.
3. Kindly download the group buy excel template, complete the participant details, and submit it to registration@siseapcoc2026.com for verification purposes

Full payment for the group must be made by expiry date - 31 March 2026 to be eligible for the complimentary registration. Unpaid or partially paid bookings will not be eligible for the promotion.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. If any of the 10 paid registrations are cancelled, no refunds will be granted but a replacement participant will be allowed.
2. Details of the complimentary registration must be received by 31 March 2026, thereafter, the complimentary registration becomes invalid.
General Conditions
1. Complimentary registrations have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or refunded.
2. The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Submission of a group booking application form implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend, we regret that a refund cannot be made. However, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost provided written notice is given prior to the Conference by 1 April 2026.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspect of the conference as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
